Can I try Illusly for free?
The Free plan isn't a trial — it's a permanent tier. 5 clients, 3 projects, 50 tasks, invoicing, and time tracking. No countdown, no credit card.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from Settings. When you upgrade, you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of your billing period. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Paddle, our payment processor. PayPal is also supported in select regions.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you approximately 17% compared to monthly. Basic is $10/month billed yearly ($120/year) and Premium is $24/month billed yearly ($290/year).
What happens if I hit a plan limit?
You'll see a notification. Your data stays intact — we never delete anything when you hit a limit. Upgrade when you're ready, not when we pressure you.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays accessible for 30 days. Export everything — clients, invoices, documents — anytime from Settings. It's your data.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact support for a full refund.
Can I invite my team?
Yes. Free includes 3 members, Basic includes 5, and Premium includes 10. Each member gets full access based on their assigned role and permissions.
